Registration rules
1. Usecase reserves the right to cancel course at any time. In case of cancellation of course Usecase will return incurred payment for course within 7 days.
2. After completing the registration form, Usecase will issue an invoice with a maturity of seven days and will send it to the e-mail address indicated on the registration form.
3. Payments will be made by bank transfer in USD to the account indicated on the invoice.
4. Confirmation of registration and participation in course by the participant takes place upon receipt of full payment for course on Usecase account. If Usecase does not receive payment for course prior to the start of course, Usecase reserves the right to cancel the registration of the participant.
5. In case of cancellation of the course by the participant for 14 days or less before the course start date, the participant is not entitled to reimbursement.
6. It is possible to change the participant up to two days before the course start date. For this purpose, please send an email to safe@usecase.pl with information about replaced person and a new person (first name, last name, e-mail).
7. Cancellations can be made only in writing by e-mail safe@usecase.pl.
8. Usecase will not be responsible for any other costs incurred by the participant (airline tickets, transportation, hotel, logistics, etc.).
